Job Summary
The City of Schwabach is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee the Asylum Seeker Benefits department within the Office for Seniors and Social Affairs. In this role, you will provide professional leadership to your team, manage complex case files, and ensure accurate benefit approvals according to the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act (AsylbLG). You will also represent the department in meetings with external authorities and handle administrative appeals and litigation processes. - Experience in handling legal and administrative procedures, including appeals and litigation
- Experience in applying social legislation and administrative regulations

- Must hold the required administrative qualification (3. Qualifikationsebene or BL II). Must be available during mandatory public office hours (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri mornings and Thu afternoon). Residency or work permit for Germany is required.
