Job Summary

This crucial role, based in Zollikofen with home office flexibility, focuses on strengthening health, well-being, and inclusion within the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAE) in both Swiss and international contexts. The Manager will be responsible for coordinating the Occupational Health Network, defining priorities, and developing marketing and communication strategies to enhance the network's visibility and coherence. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating safety delegates, monitoring regulatory compliance for occupational safety, and managing quality control and reporting for external psychological support services. The position also requires promoting the inclusion of people with disabilities, advising on necessary adaptations, and collaborating on cross-functional projects, including concept development and training organization. Success requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities across diverse international stakeholders, and proven expertise in complex health and prevention program management, ideally within a large public administration setting.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Occupational Health, Psychology, Medicine, or equivalent training

Experience

  • Several years of experience in managing health or prevention programs.
  • Professional experience, ideally within public administration or a large organization in an international context.
  • Good knowledge of occupational health, safety policies, and risk prevention.
  • Familiarity with psychological health and inclusion topics.
  • Proven organizational capacity to manage multiple complex dossiers in parallel.
