Job Summary

As a Construction Site Manager for Fiber Optic Civil Engineering at Deutsche Telekom Tiefbau GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Germany's fiber optic expansion. You will lead a team of approximately 18 employees, overseeing the planning, execution, and quality control of civil engineering construction sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating construction teams, ensuring adherence to technical and budgetary requirements, managing stakeholder communication with authorities and clients, and overseeing site safety and environmental regulations. You will also be responsible for personnel development and operational leadership. This role is unique as it involves working directly for a newly established subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, offering the stability of a major corporation combined with the dynamic environment of a growing infrastructure project.
