Job Summary

As a Talent Management Software (TMS) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, maintenance, and further development of HR software solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with internal departments to customize and integrate TMS modules into the existing IT landscape, managing release cycles, and providing 2nd-level support. You will also oversee external service providers and lead projects related to the rollout of additional personnel applications. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in SaaS-based systems and HR process knowledge. You will be responsible for monitoring system interfaces and ensuring seamless functionality across the organization. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable long-term relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the implementation of Talent Management Systems (TMS) or HR software.
  • Several years of professional experience in maintaining SaaS cloud systems.
  • Experience in managing interfaces with other applications, such as SAP HCM.
  • Proven experience in managing and coordinating external service providers.
  • Experience in project management and requirements engineering in collaboration with business departments.
