Job Summary
This pivotal role involves managing the Corporate Health Network, promoting inclusion, and ensuring occupational safety within the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAE), operating both nationally and internationally. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the health network, defining priorities, executing marketing and communication strategies to enhance network visibility, and ensuring regulatory compliance for occupational safety (ASGS). You will also manage quality and reporting for external psychological services and contribute to defining and applying medical affairs directives. The position requires a university degree in occupational health, psychology, or medicine, coupled with several years of experience managing health or prevention programs, ideally within a large organization or public administration in an international context. Success requires strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, and mastery of communication across diverse internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Occupational Health, Psychology, Medicine, or equivalent training.
Experience
- Several years of experience managing health or prevention programs.
- Professional experience, ideally within a public administration or a large organization in an international context.
- Demonstrated knowledge of occupational health policies, safety, and risk prevention.
- Familiarity with psychological health and inclusion topics.

- Part-time position (60-60%). Must master two Swiss national languages (oral and written) in addition to English. Strong organizational skills and aptitude to manage multiple complex files simultaneously.
