Job Summary

This role involves a dual-focus responsibility within the City of Trier's urban space department. You will serve as a primary point of contact for IT support, managing hardware and software troubleshooting, configuring workstations, and maintaining IT infrastructure in coordination with the central municipal IT department. Simultaneously, you will oversee fleet management, which includes organizing and maintaining the municipal vehicle and bicycle pools, managing digital logbooks, coordinating vehicle maintenance schedules, and serving as the primary contact for fleet-related inquiries across the city administration. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who balances technical IT proficiency with administrative coordination skills. Required Skills

Education

Completed three-year vocational training in IT System Integration or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a completed administrative vocational training with strong IT affinity.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, including hardware and software maintenance
  • Experience in the installation, configuration, and management of IT workstations
  • Professional experience in organizational tasks and administrative coordination
