Job Summary
This role involves overseeing and guiding the global knowledge repository within an international, innovative company. The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for managing and structuring information in platforms like ifm Wiki, MS 365, and Confluence Wiki, including creating, maintaining, and updating documentation and communication materials. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service departments to ensure efficient knowledge management processes, training employees on knowledge systems, and supporting internal communication. The ideal candidate will have a background in information or knowledge management, strong technical understanding, and proven experience with relevant systems. Completed education in Information Management, Knowledge Management, Library Science, Communication, or a comparable field
Experience
