As a Microbiologist, you will play a critical role in maintaining high quality standards within a pharmaceutical laboratory environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve performing essential microbiological analyses, such as germ count and endotoxin testing, as well as monitoring supply systems like water and air quality. You will be responsible for documenting and interpreting data, managing laboratory deviations, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Furthermore, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the team during audits and inspections. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in natural sciences, preferably with a focus on microbiology (University or University of Applied Sciences degree).

Experience

  • Professional experience in a quality control laboratory or pharmaceutical environment is preferred
  • Experience in microbiological data interpretation and trend analysis
  • Experience in managing laboratory deviations and CAPA processes
  • Experience in supporting audits and regulatory inspections
