Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Technician at Sandoz, you will serve as a central figure in ensuring the operational excellence of electrical systems. Your daily responsibilities include managing technical facility requirements, developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and acting as the primary point of contact for maintenance staff in both electrical and mechanical domains. You will also oversee technical facility inspections, support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, and assist in the coordination of technical apprentices and on-call schedules. Required Skills

Education

Completed technical education (HTL, Master Craftsman/Meister, or B.Sc.) with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics maintenance
  • Experience in technical documentation and development of standards
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance teams or technical staff
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
