Job Summary
As an IT Specialist focusing on the Electronic Record (ELAK) system, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the City of Vienna's administration. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the central ELAK platform, which includes supporting the development, maintenance, and secure operation of essential administrative services. You will act as a key point of contact for users, handling inquiries, managing incident and problem tickets, and ensuring that all service delivery meets established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position is ideal for someone who enjoys deep-diving into technical processes and wants to see the tangible impact of their work on the city's infrastructure. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Computer Science or related IT field
