This role is for a proactive and strategic Team Lead to head the Digital Service and IT Department for the City of Herrenberg. You will be a key driver of innovation, leading a 9-person team to ensure secure, stable, and future-proof IT operations for the city administration. Responsibilities include strategic IT infrastructure development, network and server expansion, modernizing communication systems, and consulting various departments on digital initiatives. A strong focus will be on implementing and advancing the municipal digital strategy, including a cloud-first approach, and actively shaping the cybersecurity and data security strategy.
