Job Summary

As a Service Engineer for Emission Measurement Systems, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and operational readiness of particle measurement technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing quality checks, conducting maintenance, repairs, and calibration of instruments within the company's internal laboratory. You will provide technical support to customers via phone, remote access, and occasional on-site visits in the Frankfurt area. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, contribute to product improvements, and collaborate closely with project managers and field service teams. This position is ideal for an engineering professional with a background in measurement, electrical, or process engineering who enjoys a mix of laboratory work and direct customer interaction. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Engineering (Measurement, Electrical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification as a Technician. Certification as an Electrical Specialist (Elektrofachkraft) or corresponding qualification through studies is required.

Experience

  • Professional experience in measurement, electrical, or process engineering
  • Experience in maintenance, repair, and calibration of technical equipment
  • Experience in providing technical customer support and training

Languages

English (Fluent)

Additional

  • Must hold qualification as an Electrical Specialist (Elektrofachkraft). Ability to travel for on-site support in the Frankfurt area. Position is offered via temporary employment (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung).
