As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our Windows and Linux environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex technical incidents within our IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. You will act as a bridge between 1st and 3rd level support, ensuring that performance is monitored and security policies are strictly implemented. Beyond daily troubleshooting, you will contribute to infrastructure projects, such as migrations and automation initiatives, and maintain comprehensive documentation. We are looking for a proactive professional who is comfortable working with modern monitoring, virtualization, and configuration management tools.
