Job Summary

As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our Windows and Linux environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues within our IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. You will act as a bridge between 1st and 3rd level support, ensuring seamless operations while documenting processes and participating in infrastructure projects such as migrations and rollouts. We are looking for a technically savvy individual with strong expertise in OS administration and network infrastructure, as well as proficiency in collaboration tools like Office 365 and MS Teams. This position is ideal for someone who values continuous learning, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is comfortable with occasional travel for project implementation. You will work with a diverse stack of modern technologies in a secure and professional setting, contributing to the ongoing optimization of our IT landscape.
