As a 2nd Level IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our Windows and Linux environments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving complex technical incidents within IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. You will collaborate closely with 1st and 3rd level support teams, contribute to system architecture planning, and manage security updates and patches. A key part of your role involves documenting processes and utilizing monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance. We are looking for a technically proficient professional who is comfortable working with modern cloud and hybrid environments, automation tools, and collaboration platforms like Office 365 and MS Teams.
