Job Summary

As a Level 3 Service Technician at Vestas, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing wind energy infrastructure. Working in a collaborative team of 2-3 professionals, your daily responsibilities include the inspection, maintenance, and repair of wind turbine rotor blades. You will utilize your technical expertise in composite materials and lamination to perform complex repairs and performance-enhancing modifications. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, metalworking, mechanical/vehicle engineering, or building/supply technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrical, metal, mechanical, or building services engineering
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in handling epoxy resins, glass fiber, and carbon fiber materials
  • Professional experience as a certified rope access technician (FISAT or IRATA Level 3)
  • Experience in technical reporting and digital documentation
  • Experience with SAP software systems is considered an asset
