Job Summary

As a Team Lead for the floor area in Hamburg, you will manage a team of up to 15 employees, overseeing all floor operations and processes within a Zalando Outlet store. You will play a key role in the store's economic success by optimizing inventory management, improving KPIs, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience from the customer's perspective. Your daily responsibilities include comprehensive personnel management, ranging from recruitment and staff scheduling to training and onboarding new team members.
