Job Summary
As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues, providing essential support to colleagues. Your day-to-day responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, performing error diagnostics both on-site and remotely, and documenting support requests within ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow. You will also play a key role in training staff on IT systems such as Microsoft Office and SAP, while collaborating with broader IT teams to resolve complex challenges and monitoring infrastructure using tools like Nagios or Zabbix. Required Skills
Education
