As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily IT operations for our clients. Your primary responsibilities include managing the ticket lifecycle—from classification and dispatching to resolving incidents and change requests. You will be the key communication link between end-users and specialized support teams, while also handling the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, including client PCs, printers, and local servers. Additionally, you will perform Active Directory management and contribute to various IT project initiatives.
