Job Summary

In this 1st and 2nd Level IT Support role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical challenges for users and system administrators. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing tickets independently, providing technical support for both server and client environments, and conducting user training sessions. You will also play an active role in maintaining and developing the helpdesk knowledge base, ensuring that documentation remains accurate and helpful. When issues cannot be resolved at your level, you will be responsible for escalating them to the 3rd-level support team.
