Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will serve as a vital point of contact for internal users, managing daily IT support and administrative tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities include receiving and prioritizing IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and configuring PC systems, peripherals, and mobile devices. You will work closely with specialized IT departments to deliver sustainable solutions and optimize existing IT processes. This role is ideal for a communicative professional who enjoys acting as an internal service provider and solving technical challenges. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT-related field, ideally as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration).
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support, specifically in software and hardware environments
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows and Office environments
- Experience in managing mobile devices and peripheral hardware

- Valid work permit for Germany is required.
