Job Summary
As a Fermentation Application Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting FRINGS' international clients by providing expert technical guidance, service, and training. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user and product training sessions, creating technical documentation, and optimizing fermentation processes. You will serve as a key technical contact, managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing hands-on support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to translate complex processes for clients. You will work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, offering you the chance to engage in international projects and continuous professional development. The position is ideal for someone with a background in laboratory sciences, food technology, or brewing who is eager to apply their technical knowledge in a practical, customer-facing capacity.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Biological Technical Assistant (BTA), Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), Food Technologist, or Brewer/Malting Technologist (or comparable qualification).
Experience
- Professional experience in laboratory, industrial plant, or production environments is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in process engineering and practical application of technical systems.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or technical service is highly valued.
