Job Summary

As a Fermentation Application Technician, you will play a pivotal role in supporting FRINGS' international clients by providing expert technical guidance, service, and training. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user and product training sessions, creating technical documentation, and optimizing fermentation processes. You will serve as a key technical contact, managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing hands-on support during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to translate complex processes for clients.
