Job Summary

The IT Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the IT department at Stiftung Die Gute Hand in Kürten-Biesfeld. In this part-time (50%) position, you will act as the primary point of contact for internal users, providing essential telephone support. Your daily responsibilities include managing the inventory of IT assets, setting up hardware and software, maintaining technical documentation, and overseeing the distribution of office consumables. This role is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, friendly, and eager to work with complex IT structures. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in a commercial or IT-related field is desirable.

Experience

  • Professional experience in administrative or IT support roles is desirable
  • Experience in providing user support and hardware/software maintenance is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly familiarize oneself with complex technical IT structures
