This role acts as a key interface within the President's office at the State Agency for Nature, Environment, and Climate (LANUK). The successful candidate will support strategic and operational organizational development, manage quality assurance processes including ISO 9001 audits, and facilitate internal communication between leadership, committees, and staff. Daily activities involve preparing executive briefings, moderating workshops, and coordinating cross-departmental initiatives. Candidates should possess a university degree in fields such as environmental, political, social, economic, or administrative sciences. Strong communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or FH-Diploma) in Environmental, Political, Social, Economic, Natural, Administrative, or Legal Sciences, or related fields relevant to organizational development and quality management.

Experience
