Job Summary

As the Head of Business Unit at Omexom Frankenluk, you will hold comprehensive responsibility for the economic success and strategic direction of a unit comprising approximately 80 employees. Your day-to-day role involves overseeing the entire project portfolio, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality technical execution of energy infrastructure projects. You will lead, mentor, and develop your team while actively driving business growth through client acquisition, network expansion, and innovative project development. This position requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, as you will manage Profit & Loss, oversee resource planning, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will report directly to the Division Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the unit’s technical evolution.
