Job Summary

As an Electronics Technician at Grundfos Water Treatment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational success of high-quality water treatment systems. Based out of your home with a company service vehicle, you will travel to diverse industrial client sites—ranging from power plants and breweries to hospitals—to perform installations, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance. Your day-to-day involves hands-on electrical work, including control cabinet assembly, pump system integration, and complex troubleshooting. Beyond technical repairs, you will serve as the face of the company, providing clear instructions to clients on system operation and documenting your service activities. This role offers significant autonomy and independence, supported by a collaborative team in Mannheim. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or equivalent qualification in industrial/machine and drive technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an electrician or electronics technician with a focus on industrial or machine/drive technology.
  • Practical experience in field service, installation, or maintenance of industrial technical systems.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, providing technical instruction and support.

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license (car) is mandatory. The role requires willingness to travel to client sites. Work permit for Germany is required.
