Job Summary
This role involves performing regular inspection, maintenance, and repair work on technical building systems and laboratory supply facilities, supported by a CAFM system. The Electrical Technician will also manage all necessary electrical systems for a research institute, conduct minor installation tasks, and oversee external firm operations, including quality control for maintenance contracts. A key responsibility is monitoring and optimizing operational systems using central building management technology, analyzing parameters, and resolving operational disruptions. Additionally, the role includes maintaining the electronic locking system and participating in on-call duty after an extensive training period. Candidates should have a completed electrical technical vocational training with relevant professional experience, knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology, and be willing to engage in continuous professional development.
