As a Field Service Technician at Tölke-Strunz GmbH, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of our thermal processing and pyrolysis systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing for service calls at our Nuremberg facility, performing on-site installations, maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of systems, as well as conducting complex troubleshooting and fault analysis. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert technical advice during your visits. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Mechatronics Technician or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery and industrial equipment.
- Practical experience as a Mechatronics Technician, preferably in the construction or agricultural machinery sector.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve both mechanical and electronic system faults.
- Experience in coordinating maintenance and repair tasks effectively.
