Job Summary
The Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Ruwer is seeking an IT System Administrator to join their Digitalization & IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure of the local fire departments while contributing to the ongoing operation and development of the municipal administration's IT systems. Your daily tasks will include server and network administration, virtualization management, software deployment, and automation, as well as providing helpdesk support and ensuring IT security. You will have significant autonomy in shaping the IT landscape and will work closely with various departments and external service providers. The position is ideal for a structured, analytical professional with a strong service orientation who enjoys a mix of strategic planning and hands-on technical maintenance. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration), a comparable vocational qualification, or a relevant university degree.
