Job Summary

The University Hospital Düsseldorf (UKD) is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for Clinical Systems to manage the Intensive Care Documentation (PDMS) and E-Archive department. In this full-time, permanent role, you will provide both professional and disciplinary leadership to a team of approximately 10 employees. Your daily responsibilities will include managing user requirements in close cooperation with medical staff, overseeing clinical software projects, performing risk management for medical software, and ensuring the operational stability of E-Archive and Document Management Systems (DMS). You will act as a central coordinator between internal departments, clinical stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring all activities comply with strict healthcare data protection and quality standards.
