Job Summary

This role involves leading the system development lifecycle for complex, large-scale projects within the defense industry. As a Systems Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the entire technical management process, from initial requirement analysis and concept creation to system integration, testing, and final qualification. You will act as the primary technical lead, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing suppliers and subcontractors, and representing the project to clients. A key aspect of the position is conducting technical negotiations, managing project risks, and ensuring that technical milestones and budgets are met. The role offers a high-impact environment where you contribute to strategic product development and market trend analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical project leadership and systems engineering, combined with the ability to communicate fluently in both German and English to manage international stakeholders.
