Job Summary

This role involves supporting the strategic student recruitment department at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena. You will be responsible for conducting data research, performing comparative analysis of internal and external metrics, and developing a standardized benchmarking and monitoring system to track student recruitment trends. Day-to-day, you will translate complex data into actionable insights for various university stakeholders, coordinate with external service providers, and collaborate across departments including university communications and international offices. Required Skills
