Job Summary
This role involves working as a Field Service Technician, primarily responsible for the maintenance, repair, and configuration of digital advertising displays (DCLP) across Southern Germany and Austria. You will act as the primary technical point of contact at customer sites, performing on-site troubleshooting, hardware and software configuration, and system documentation. The position requires managing service tickets from initiation to resolution, supporting installation teams during rollouts, and maintaining technical data integrity. This is an ideal role for a self-motivated technician who enjoys independent field work, possesses a strong affinity for IT-based systems, and thrives in a customer-facing environment. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical or electronic equipment
- Preferred experience in the field of displays, digital signage, or comparable technical systems
- Experience in independent field service operations and customer-facing technical support

- Valid driver's license required; willingness to travel extensively within Germany and Austria from Monday to Friday; ability to work independently and maintain professional conduct in client-facing situations.
