In this role, you will actively shape the digital transformation of courts and judicial authorities by applying your practical experience as a legal professional or judicial administrator. You will analyze complex judicial processes, consult on eJustice infrastructure, and develop digital solutions to modernize legal workflows. Your day-to-day will involve translating judicial requirements into technical concepts, facilitating workshops with government stakeholders, and driving the implementation of Legal Tech projects. This position is unique because it allows you to leverage your deep knowledge of the court system to influence national digital strategy while working in a flexible, remote-friendly environment. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Law, Public Administration, or relevant judicial qualification (e.g., Rechtspfleger, Justizfachangestellter).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a legal clerk, lawyer, judicial officer, or in a comparable role within the judiciary or court administration.
  • Experience with eJustice applications, digital proceedings, or IT systems within the judicial sector.
  • Experience in digitalization projects or the implementation of new IT systems in a legal or administrative context is highly desirable.
