As a Consultant for Digital Justice and Legal Tech, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of courts and judicial authorities. You will bridge the gap between practical judicial experience and innovative digital solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex judicial processes, conceptualizing eJustice infrastructure, and developing strategies for modernizing court proceedings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement digital tools, improve data exchange between authorities, and provide expert guidance on Legal Tech initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in the judiciary—such as legal officers, lawyers, or judicial clerks—who are passionate about shaping the future of public administration. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Law, Public Administration, or equivalent professional qualification as a Rechtspfleger or Justizfachangestellter.

Experience

  • Professional experience as a legal officer, lawyer, judicial clerk, or in a comparable role within the judiciary or court administration.
  • Experience with eJustice applications, digital procedures, or IT systems within the judicial sector.
  • Experience in digitalization projects or the implementation of new IT systems in judicial environments is preferred.

Languages

Additional

  • Must be familiar with judicial terminology and workflows. Ability to work in a client-facing capacity for workshops and presentations with public authorities. Work location is flexible within Germany.
