Job Summary
As a Project Manager for MEP in the construction and real estate sector, you will oversee complex healthcare facility projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing and implementing projects according to AHO standards, leading technical project teams, and developing strategic concepts for the technical building equipment (MEP). You will hold operational responsibility for project quality and provide expert consulting to clients. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Engineering (Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy/Environmental Engineering, or comparable).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in engineering, project management, or project control within the construction or real estate sector.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading project teams.
- Proven experience with construction regulations, specifically HOAI, VOB, VDI 6026, and AHO standards.

- Must be proficient in MS Office and MS Project. Ability to work in a non-territorial office environment and support mobile/home-office work. Location constraints: Karlsruhe or Stuttgart.
