Job Summary

As an Electrical Technician in our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational continuity of our logistics fulfillment centers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance on complex conveyor, automation, and production equipment, conducting rapid fault diagnostics, and executing repairs to minimize downtime. You will work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment, collaborating with senior colleagues and external service providers to maintain high safety and efficiency standards. Key requirements include a recognized vocational qualification or degree in electrical engineering or a related field, combined with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance. This position is unique because it places you at the heart of a global logistics network, offering the opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects that impact EU-wide operations. You will be instrumental in maintaining the technical infrastructure that enables our rapid delivery promises, while also having the chance to mentor apprentices and contribute to a diverse, innovative workplace culture.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering recognized by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) or Chamber of Crafts (HWK), or a completed university degree (BA, B.Sc., MA, M.Sc., Dipl.-Ing.) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the relevant trade
  • Professional experience in the maintenance of industrial production plants
  • Professional experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of conveyor or automation systems
  • Experience working with pressure and application machinery

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Must be willing to work in rotating shifts to support 24/7 operations.
