Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support to users, acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues. You will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and classifying incoming support requests via telephone, email, and in-person interactions. A core part of your day-to-day work includes documenting tickets, tracking issues through to resolution, and performing on-site installation and configuration of hardware and software. You will also assist users with general IT inquiries and escalate complex problems to system administrators when necessary. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in IT, including experience with Windows or macOS environments and Microsoft 365.
