Job Summary
As a Junior IT Support Specialist and Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for apprentices, teaching staff, and employees regarding IT system usage. Your daily responsibilities include providing first-level support, managing Surface tablets, and handling user account and permission administration. Furthermore, you will play an active role in supporting the implementation of a new training system and the development of the organization's IT infrastructure. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, offering the opportunity to work across diverse IT domains including server management and network administration. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support and system administration
- Experience working within Microsoft-based environments
- Practical knowledge of network management and software distribution
- Experience in database administration, specifically SQL
