Job Summary

As the Head of Finance, Accounting & Controlling, you will oversee the entire financial operations of the company group. Your daily responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and fixed asset accounting. You will be responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, assisting with annual financial statements, and handling monthly VAT returns. Additionally, you will manage cash flow and lead operative controlling tasks, including cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will also be tasked with generating comprehensive reports and statistics to support decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, offering the opportunity to lead the financial strategy of the group. The position requires a strong background in accounting, proficiency in financial software, and the ability to communicate effectively in both German and English.
