Job Summary

As a Technical Interface Manager for Offshore HVDC stations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of complex electrical and mechanical systems. Your daily responsibilities include managing the interface matrix, coordinating between internal sub-projects, general contractors, and external stakeholders, and identifying technical risks across all project phases. You will be responsible for facilitating meetings, documenting decisions, and optimizing interface processes to maintain project momentum. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in high-stakes offshore environments and possesses the communication skills to bridge gaps between various technical disciplines. You will be the central point of contact for technical alignment, directly contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale offshore wind energy projects. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Engineering, specifically Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the offshore station environment

  • Experience in cross-disciplinary project communication and stakeholder management
