Job Summary

As the Head of Electrical Engineering, you will lead and develop the electrical team while overseeing the design and advancement of ORC power generation systems from initial concept through to series production. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring compliance with national and international grid connection standards (such as EN 50549, VDE-AR-N 4110/4120), managing system integration for grid-tied inverters, and taking technical responsibility for the prototyping, commissioning, and testing phases. You will act as a technical mentor, supporting the team in creating circuit diagrams and documentation using tools like EPLAN or WSCAD. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional departments including mechanical, software, and project management teams.
