Job Summary

This role involves hands-on work with materials, focusing on the bonding and sealing of components and assemblies, particularly in visible areas. The technician will be responsible for processing 1 & 2K adhesives, including heat-curing systems, and performing surface repairs and rework on parts using adhesives and repair lacquers. Key tasks include grinding and filling, operating and setting up robots, and executing surface pre-treatment processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical understanding, a high standard for accuracy and cleanliness, and the ability to work independently while adhering to quality standards and protocols. Experience in adhesive technology from the rail, aircraft, or automotive industries, along with robot operation, is a significant advantage. The position requires flexibility, willingness to work shifts, and a proactive approach to error detection.
