Job Summary

The Flensburg University of Applied Sciences is seeking a Lecturer for special tasks in Biotechnology and Food Technology. In this role, you will independently design and conduct laboratory sessions, lectures, and projects, primarily for the English-taught Master's program 'Applied Biotechnology and Food Science' and the German-taught Bachelor's program 'Biotechnology and Food Technology'. Your responsibilities include developing module content, digitizing teaching materials, creating and grading examinations, and supervising student theses. You will also participate in university events and contribute to the academic community. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in biotechnology or food technology who is passionate about higher education, innovative teaching methods, and working within an international, communicative academic environment on a modern campus.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed scientific university degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related field. Recognition of foreign degrees in Germany is required if applicable.
