As an IT Specialist within the 'Electronic Administrative Act (ELAK)' team for the City of Vienna, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the digital transformation of municipal administrative processes. Your daily responsibilities include managing the ELAK application service, handling customer inquiries, and executing incident and problem management processes to ensure seamless operations. You will also be responsible for monitoring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
