As a Specialist for Signaling and Control Systems (LST) Testing, you will play a pivotal role in the central testing organization of DB InfraGO AG. Your day-to-day work involves developing and refining standards for testing procedures, analyzing new railway signaling technologies, and creating robust reference and evaluation methodologies. You will act as a bridge between technical experts, manufacturers, and internal departments, ensuring that testing processes are both efficient and compliant with safety standards. You will also contribute to the digitization of testing tools and support the professional exchange among testing experts. This position is ideal for someone with a background in railway safety engineering who enjoys conceptual work, technical standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Automation Technology, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in signaling and control systems (LST) within railway infrastructure.
  • Professional experience in roles such as Testing Engineer, System Engineer, Safety Engineer, or Technical Project Manager in the LST environment.
  • Proven experience in analyzing technical systems and deriving requirements for testing and verification processes.
  • Experience in contributing to technical standards or the development of testing methodologies is preferred.
