Job Summary
The HR IT Coordinator will serve as a vital link between human resources and information technology, ensuring the seamless operation of personnel management systems for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Bavaria. Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing first-level support for the KIDICAP software, managing organizational and user data, performing personnel controlling and reporting, and executing cost projections. You will also play an active role in system updates, tariff implementation, and cross-departmental projects. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Human Resources Management or IT, or a completed 'Beschäftigtenlehrgang II' (public service qualification), or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in HR support or payroll accounting
- Experience with personnel management software systems
- Knowledge of tariff, tax, and social security law is considered an advantage
