Job Summary
As the Regional Manager for the North and East regions, you will oversee operations across multiple locations including Goslar, Berlin, Halle, Bremen, Hamburg, and Kassel. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve executing corporate strategy, managing regional budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring operational efficiency through process optimization. You will act as a critical link between executive management and local teams, ensuring high standards of service and workplace safety. The role requires a leader with strong decision-making capabilities and a structured, solution-oriented approach. You will be expected to be present at the Goslar location for three days a week, with additional travel required across the region and occasionally throughout Germany. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial professional with a technical background who is looking to make a significant impact on organizational growth and strategic development.
Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training (e.g., metal, electrical, or construction sectors) with a qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman, or a commercial qualification with significant technical experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in a leadership role within a comparable regional management position.
- Proven experience in technical environments, ideally within the doors, gates, or fire protection systems sector.
- Demonstrated track record of managing budgets and operational KPIs.
- Experience in bridging communication between executive management and operational teams.

- Valid driver's license required due to frequent regional travel; 3 days per week mandatory presence at the Goslar site; occasional travel throughout Germany required.
