As a Customer Service Manager in the dynamic MedTech sector, you will serve as a vital link between sales, logistics, and international clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing supply chain operations, overseeing global express shipments, maintaining ERP data, and providing critical support to the sales team. You will handle export compliance for sensitive medical products and coordinate the RGA (return) process. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in international customer service or sales support
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is considered an advantage
