Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring product quality and safety within a food production environment. Your daily responsibilities include performing chemical-physical, sensory, and microbiological analyses on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final products like milk and butter. You will monitor the entire manufacturing process, document findings, and collaborate closely with quality management, production, and technical departments. Furthermore, you will support research and development efforts by assisting in the analysis of new products and the validation of new analytical methods. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-shift production setting. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Dairy Laboratory Technician, Agricultural Technical Assistant, Biology Laboratory Technician, Chemistry Laboratory Technician (CTA), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in microbiological and/or chemical-physical laboratory analysis is preferred.
  • Experience working in a production-oriented laboratory environment is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-shift system including weekends and holidays.
